Static2Fresh — Goin' Up

An official music video for "Goin' Up" by Static2Fresh — San Diego-area rapper Sammy Mathis, repping Oceanside to the bay. A last-minute idea born at a private event: Static2Fresh wasn't even booked to perform that night, but once the other artists' live sets wrapped, the hosts gave the green light to shoot right there on the spot. Directed by Jacob Willett.

The Gravities — Stuck in the Desert

A cinematic, high-octane music video for The Gravities: when a bank robbery gets botched, the band has no choice but to destroy the money, or risk being killed. JWMedia's first official music video — the first time Jacob Willett wrote and directed a music video, made while he was still a film student at SDSU, with cinematography by Austin Harris, whose camera and aerial-unit credits include Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Black Panther, and Baby Driver. Winner, Best Music Video at the San Diego Music Awards in May 2026.
