Every session, recorded clean
Multiple cameras on the stage and the room, with each angle recorded separately so every talk can be re-cut afterward. Speaker audio comes straight from the venue sound desk.
Livestreams that stay up
Up to four cameras switched live by a technical director, with board audio, graphics and lower thirds, sent to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook or Instagram. Every camera is also recorded separately, and full recordings are delivered after the event.
Wireless camera links
Cameras send their picture to the switcher wirelessly, so there are no cables across aisles or the stage, and setup and teardown fit tight room turnovers.
Session edits, ready to post
After the event, each talk is cut with title cards and speaker names, with captions if you need them, then delivered for your on-demand library or members site.
A highlight film
A short recap of the event, made for next year’s promotion, sponsors, and social media.

Stills of speakers, panels and the room, shot alongside the video so one crew covers both.

Questions
How is a conference priced?
Every event is quoted on its own, based on how many cameras and rooms you need, whether you stream, and how many sessions you want edited. You get a written quote after a free scope call.
Do you need the venue’s internet?
A wired venue connection is best, so we check it with the venue ahead of time. If the internet can’t be trusted, we’ll plan a backup with you before the day.
Can you cover more than one room at once?
Yes, with a crew and setup for each room. Tell us how many tracks run at the same time and we’ll scope it.
Where do you work?
We’re based in San Diego and cover Los Angeles and the rest of Southern California, and we travel for the right project.
How do we book?
Send the dates and agenda through the contact page. A 50% deposit secures the date, due within two weeks of booking.
